Video shows man’s shooting of two family members at theater

A man is in custody after police say he opened fire on two family member inside the Keswick Theater in Goshen, New York, Monday evening.

Police said the shooting happened around 8 p.m. when they responded to a 911 call from a man who said he saw a man shoot his two family friends.

Police described the victim as a 55-year-old man who was found with gunshot wounds to the upper torso.

The man was taken to Bellevue Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said.

The theater is located in Goshens neighborhood, which is a small neighborhood that is generally considered safe, said police.
