“We had to make the decision, ‘Hey, let’s go and have the baby.'”
But the decision was made before the baby was born.
“It’s like, ‘You know what?
We don’t want to be too picky, but we don’t need to do this,'” said Sabrina Bautista, Sabrina’s mom.
“And I’m like, [we] can have the kid anytime we want to, but that’s not going to be with my husband, that’s going to stay with Sabrina.”
Sabrina is pregnant with their third child, a boy named Jaxon.
“They both feel like a part of our family,” Sabrina said.
“We’re all like family.
We all go through the same thing.
It’s kind of the same for us.
You can always ask me.
We’re always going to have my sister, you know?”
For the family, Sabratah’s tattoo, which has been inked on the side of her right forearm since birth, has given them the chance to share some unique moments with the world.
“I was trying to figure out how to put the tattoo in the right place,” Sabrata said.
“[I was] trying to put it on the outside of my forearm, just like, my little finger.
I was like, what’s the best way to do it?””
I just put it in there, but it’s like the most special tattoo I’ve ever gotten,” she continued.
“I’m like ‘Wow, I can’t believe that tattoo is in my arm.’
I can see that it was actually meant to be in there.
It was like a moment for me.”
And for the Sabratas, that tattoo isn’t just symbolic, but an opportunity for the rest of their family to also see it.
“We’re just like the coolest family,” said Sabratia.
“You know, I have so many tattoos, you guys have so much tattoos.
And you know, it’s just the most awesome tattoo I can ever get.
So I’m just kind of looking forward to that.
It’ll be a great day, because we’re excited.”
